Jiangsu Gaolu is the high-performance-composite manufacturing hub of the Yunlu Group. Operating as a smart factory, it houses dedicated workshops for 3D braiding, RTM, pultrusion, laser engraving and automated painting, all set within a temperature- and humidity-controlled clean-room environment. The facility runs more than 30 3D braiding machines in various sizes, high-pressure RTM injectors, high-temperature curing ovens, fully automated pultrusion-braiding-winding lines, four-axis laser systems and robotic paint cells, supported by advanced inspection and test equipment. Together, these resources enable the development and serial production of high-performance fibre-reinforced composites.

Jiangsu Gaobei is the dedicated smart-equipment manufacturing base of the Yunlu Group. Operating as a fully digital factory, it houses five-axis mill-turn centres, vertical machining centres, turning centres, CNC lathes, CNC mills, CNC saws and other advanced machinery. The facility designs and builds 3D braiders, winders, pultruders, resin mixers, intelligent robots and other composite-manufacturing systems for both development and series production.
