Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in materials forming & control, materials processing, materials science, polymer engineering or equivalent; outstanding college-level candidates will also be considered. Prior experience in aerospace, automotive or wind-energy industries is desirable.

Proficient in composite forming techniques: vacuum infusion, RTM, compression moulding and autoclave processing.

3、熟练使用CATIA三维设计软件及AUTOCAD二维软件；

Skilled in CATIA (3D) and AutoCAD (2D).

4、熟悉复合材料部件的结构设计、铺层设计、模具设计等；

Competent in composite component design—structure, lay-up and tooling.

5、熟悉复合材料部件的打磨、抛光、喷油等表面处理工艺；

Experienced in composite finishing: sanding, polishing and spray coating.

6、熟悉碳纤维复合材料部件的胶接和装配；

Familiar with bonding and assembly of carbon-fibre composite parts.
