Manufactured with Yunlu’s 3D-braiding preforming technology, the airframe delivers markedly higher interlaminar strength and superior damage tolerance compared with conventional composite lay-ups. Material usage (and therefore weight) is reduced by more than 30 %, while production throughput rises by over 25 %. The outcome is an end-to-end solution that unites high performance and scalable production for lightweight UAV design.
